Accuro operates four practices around a single transaction desk: IPv4 market making
(buying space into its own inventory), IPv4 brokerage (listing and matching), IP
management and IPv6 transition planning, and business marketing (selling address
space together with the business that holds it).

Because every regional registry exhausted its IPv4 free pool, new address space can
only be obtained through a transfer from an existing holder, governed by the policy
of the registry that issued it. That transfer market is what Accuro operates in.
