APNIC permits IPv4 transfers within its service region and, subject to policy at both ends, between registries. Accuro brokers APNIC-allocated space in either direction: sourcing it for buyers elsewhere, and placing space from other regions with Asia Pacific networks.
A bridge between regions
APNIC’s willingness to accept transfers in both directions makes it structurally useful. A buyer who cannot find the right block in their own region can often source it here, and a holder in the Asia Pacific has access to demand from outside it. Where a deal has to cross a registry boundary, the policy on both sides has to line up, and confirming that is part of structuring the transaction.

Demand across the region has been driven by networks growing faster than their original allocations anticipated. If your own growth has slowed, or a consolidation has freed whole prefixes, that space has a market. Start with the assessment so you know what is genuinely spare.
